Refined obsidian cannot be crafted #20

Modpack Version: e.g. 0.5.2

Describe the bug The recipe for refined obsidian (using metallurgic infuser) is missing, so it cannot be made.

I've just uploaded v0.5.3 to CurseForge. Can you try updating the pack and see if the issue persists?

I haven't changed any Mekanism recipes so there should be no reason why it isn't there, but some people have reported missing items from Mekanism so I updated those mods and hopefully that fixes it.

If it doesn't, apparently shutting down and restarting the pack will usually bring the items back.
