Extracting single character dialogue

This is a really useful function

Best to have the first line of the file read something along these lines:

This file contains all dialogue spoken by " " extracted from " ".

Could THIS be displayed in the Code Tree? (Also that is labelled as "Side Panel" in the View menu. Side Panel is a better name and could replace "Code Tree" because it's more neutral for writers and broad audience.)

Showing this output in the Side Panel would be useful for ongoing work on a single character's dialogue (to make it consistent).

Plugins- AddonManager- Update You must check item for FountainHelper. and "update". I added 1st line. :)

"Code tree" is one tab, in "side panel". other tabs exists too...

Now, the output of this command appears in a popup box. Can the same output be visible in the code tree? It would be more navigable there--more useful.

It can if I make new lexer for it, with F lexer it cannot

That would be fine. When people are comparing dialogue, the format of the document does not matter so much.

I now got idea. show lines from "extract" command in sidebar. it needs coding, which can add treeview in sidebar (in new tab like FTP).. etc... hard..

"Extract" shows Dialogs panel in side-panel. what you asked-

click on this panel lines, goes to that line.
