First, let me say Cuis is very beautiful piece of software - kudos to the team!
I am using Cuis5.0-4526 and it seems that when I issue the command Transcript clear it echoes two lines of "Transcript" instead of clearing the window! Also Transcript show: 'hello' does print the text but also does CLRF + "Transcript" instead. I am complete beginner to the Smalltalk way of doing things but at least I didn't had this problem with Pharo and Squeak of which I tried both before Cuis.
