Internal error - Spigot 1.12.2 #178

Spigot Username: https://www.spigotmc.org/members/specialgamin.135348/ Spigot Version: 1.12.2 Plugin Version: 2.0.7 Console Bug: https://hastebin.com/ihidexicik.cs Description: So I just purchased proquests plugin and installed it on my Java 8 spigot 1.12.2 version server and it gave me an internal error. When I do /quest nothing appears in the console but when the plugin starts, it shows these errors https://hastebin.com/ihidexicik.cs you see everything is fine then suddenly, Disabling ProQuests v2.0.7

You had previously disputed your purchase through PayPal violating my resources Terms of Service in which you were added to a blacklist. You have been removed from the list now and the plugin will work properly, however any violations of the Terms in the future related to payment disputes will result in the same action being taken.
