Add fuel to Barrels and Pylons #152

Reporter: sammitch Make explosive barrels one time use, so you can't make 4 crafted explosives or keep reloading a gun on the same barrel. That way you have to search for ammo

oberien: That would nerf guns way too much and there are not enough red barrels for such a huge change. It would be an interesting idea to give them some sort of fuel though. sammitch: Just up the damage on guns a little. You can already block half of it. They're a non issue. The bigger issue isn't guns, it's for crafted explosives which is why they got rid of sapper. Crafted explosives still do a lot of damage and they're cheap. Making it a little bit harder to access them or decrease their damage.

Smithy: Just a small thing but what if each barrel had a limited amount of fuel that you could use. Say 4 1/4s. So it was cost 1/4 of the fuel to make 1 crafted explosive and it would use 1/2 to refill one magazine on any of the guns. Just to make explosives slightly rarer. oberien: That's actually a pretty nice idea! But at the same time with the time changes it would have a drastic change on guns, because you can't refill them in the late game anymore. Tasty_nachos: ya limited ammo would kill guns, theyd never be seen again until that feature is removed
