Default set of partials #3

Similar to the sass files, maybe we should have a set of default partials that we include in app/views/application/ as well. There's already flashes, but _nav and _footer would probably be a good idea as well.

I agree. Should this and the stylesheets be part of Jetfuel or Leather? In Thoughtbot World, they have something similar for the stylesheets, but it's part of Bitters.

Acutally, I think the partials you're talking about (nav, footer) should be part of jetfuel. The css files should be part of Leather.
