delete button to dashboard post list #132

I think, it will be nice to show button on hover ( how it looks ) Fixes #128 , post part of issue @bcroesch, @eanlain what you think about it ?

@rusikf - appreciate the PR! Could we make it use the trash can icon instead of saying "Delete" too? Similar to what's in the user management section.

I just created a branch with the links the way we have them other places in Storytime. @bcroesch can you take a look - for some reason I can't seem to get the test to pass even though I tested it in the browser and the feature works.
