refactor: remove basic auth restriction command

General refactoring of the login_option command.

The following changes are included:

• Renamed script name and also put it under a dedicated folder (loginoptions). This enables users to use tab completion
• Simplify output parsing by using -o tsv and cut
• Use set -e to stop on unexpected errors to avoid having to manual error handling
• Use consistent formatting of the --template argument and use a multiline string to make it more readable
