New tests added to 1.2.8 branch of https://github.com/GlobalPresalesSAG/c8y-appbuilder-test

add operations support (polling)
multiple configs for specific operation payload matches
firmare and position simulators excluded
fully backward compatible (preexisting simulators do not need manual change)
- new options for creating simulator from a saved config
- new option to save config from existing simulator

I have done everything on the list but (1) - will discuss with you monday morning. Edit: also the start iff operation handling sims are present missing - will commit now
