Unit tests fail on Windows OS

Some of the unit tests on Windows OS are failing when validating paths for stored files:

Affected tests

• C8yPactDefaultFileAdapter › setup › should make folder an absolute path
• plugin › configurePlugin › should use pact folder from config
• plugin › configurePlugin › should use pact folder from C8Y_PACT_FOLDER env variable
• plugin › configurePlugin › should use pact folder from CYPRESS_C8Y_PACT_FOLDER env variable
• plugin › configurePlugin › should use default pact folder
• plugin › configurePlugin › should use pact adapter from options
