it should be possible to add mappings aaa/bbb and aaa/bbb/ccc (innerTreeNode can hold mappings) #273

So far you could not add mappings to innerTreeNode.

This was added here: bfad6cd226b7755b7f2b8ec40ca1e3b443c3f333 With fixes here:

  1. fixing bug when resolving: 7cc4cb662915f0900f8181bf2e449c467dca8328
  2. count children & grandchildren: bbcf2dd2deac2f49b07b293903bc5657f0d8c2ff
