Syndic_date is not exported #49

In your _oasis, Syndic_date is still an internal module, hence it's not exported, not usable for the outside word and not visible in the documentation.

In particular, the equality Syndic_date.t = CalendarLib.Calendar.t is not exported, which break everything... :(
