Better Explanation of purpose and function #1

Hi thank you for all you have done for the community you are a community treasure but for this project I don't really understand what this does and have found no explanation elsewhere. What is a "NFZ payload delivery client" and what can this be used for?

Its a client to update the NFZ, well at least push an update paylaod and tell it to update. The payload included is an exploit designed to gain root access.
