Stopwatch timer resumes from a later time after resuming prompter pause

Bug Description “Stopwatch” timer stops while the prompter is "still" or "paused", but when it resumes, the count resumes from a later time, as if the timer had never been paused.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Stopwatch timer
2. Start prompting
3. Pause and wait a few seconds
4. Keep looking at the timer
5. Unpause

Expected behavior Timer should resume from where it had left off instead of from a later time.
