Map numbers to various pre-fixed velocities #135

Pressing a number while prompting should result in the prompter instantly moving at the stated speed. This would make it easy to map velocities to the jog of certain input controls, such as Shuttle Contours.

Pressing Ctrl+Number should apply said speed in reverse direction.
