Allow building on systems with limited RAM #154

Is your feature request related to a problem or a limitation? Please describe... QPrpmot can't currently be built for 32 but hardware because of RAM requirements.

Describe the solution you'd prefer Have CMake auto detect available RAM, warn the user, and allow downgrading or automatically downgrade Chinese support, to enable building on systems with 4 GB of RAM or less.

Describe alternatives you've considered Create a video tutorial on how to modify the software to build.
