To save development time, could the bulk of this be included in the Welcome Script?

I've decided not to include instructions in the welcome script. This was done not only to differentiate QPrompt from Imaginary Teleprompter, but because QPrompt is translated to many languages and Imaginary Teleprompter isn't. Updating the welcome script causes more problems in translations than updating individual strings. This is due to the welcome script being an HTML file that uses multiple copies, one for each language.

This is no longer the case, but there also used to be a big disparity between the how complete translations for the welcome scripts are, vs the program itself, despite the welcome script being a small fraction of the combiner number of strings. If we use the welcome script for instructions, I know that disparity will only grow.
