Allow changing the color of text entering the reading region #181

Is your feature request related to a problem or a limitation? Please describe... I am using the software with students, and some struggle with keeping tack of where they are up to as all the text is white, they can get a bit lost.

Describe the solution you'd prefer Having the text within the Reading Region in a different colour may make it more accessible to those with difficulties with reading/language/comprehension.

Describe alternatives you've considered Differentiating the text between the reading and non reading region with a darker shader

Provide use examples Students, people learning second language, generally making it more accessible

Personal note: The solution would implement a GPU shader that would alter the colors of text within the reading region's area
