`Plugins/RSS` Youtube URL parser doesn't work with handles #199

Describe the bug
When adding a new RSS feed to a channel and supplying the bot a Youtube URL in the new format (using handles), the bot throws an error.
To Reproduce
Type
!rss add https://www.youtube.com/@Science4AllfrancaisExpected behavior
The RSS feed should be added to the channel.
Priority
Probably ~P2, may be considered as ~P1.
