Task Description

In this issue, we need to reduce the hover speed in the following components:

JoinWithCode.jsx:
- Reduce the hover speed for the "Join Room" and "Refresh" buttons to create a smoother transition and enhance user experience.
MeetingCard.jsx:
- Reduce the hover speed for relevant cards to ensure a consistent and smooth user experience across the application.
