[BUG] Create 'Contact us' and 'About us' Page

Description

In the footer section, when a user clicks on any of the option, he is redirected to the same page at the top, instead he should redirected to actual page. If I'm clicking on 'About us' page, i should go to that page.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Scroll to the footer section
2. Click on any of the options
3. You'll redirect to the same page at the top

Expected behavior

I would like to contribute to this task under GSSOC '24, I can create an 'About us', 'Contact us' page and give a decent look using TailwindCSS
