Blocks fuel 0.2 support #15

@antticai , could you please take a look at this pull request?

I updated the ladder repo to support blocks 0.2 and fuel 0.2. Thing should be fine, but would love to have you check it up before merging. This merge should fix some of the issues that are reported.
