Can't use third party CLSI (ScribTex) #257

What steps will reproduce the problem?
In Compile Settings, used
1. Service URL: clsi.scribtex.com/compile/
2. Service output path: clsi.scribtex.com/output/
3. Compiler name: latex

I get 30 second timeout...
