Fix consumer.intaddressline SAML Attributes #8

The consumer.intaddressline1/2/3 SAML attribute should be separate attributes. I deprecated the invalid one for backwards compatibility.

Thank you for your fix. We needed some time to test the fixes. We'll approve it.

In the next days we'll have a release including this fix.
