StudentRecord Attributes? #115

Does the StudentRecord structure need a dictionary to store attributes like ethnicity, race, gender, etc

not only demographic info, other information like graduate flag, withdrew flag, first enrolment term, last enrolled term,... etc, will be useful for our research experiments too
