create edge crossing alg
create knowledg_crossing algorithm
isvalid_curriculum extension - detect more complex requisite cycle
transition to graphs.jl - lightgraphs depreciated, graphs.jl managed by juliagraphs team
csv_stream - return string of CSV file (create CSV from curriculum JSON for webapp)
code and documentation clean up
