Take another look on gravity and default power settings #36

Coming from a test of LOS flying #13 I found that although the power and gravity felt perfect flying FPV, when I had the opportunity to look at it from an exterior position (i.e flying LOS) it looked way out.

I noticed the quad dropped down far too quickly, and there was far too much power and it was very difficult to hold a solid hover.

The power situation may just be the fact that the quad is overpowered, but the gravity was an interesting situation. I had to drop it below the actual gravity rate to make it look correct.

I'll need to test these values out in FPV as well to see how it feels - we may have to go down the route of having individual gravity setups for LOS/FPV, which sounds bad, but I would prefer to have both modes feel right, rather than be actual right bu one of them feel wrong.

I think I've addressed this in the flight assist feature #22 when I also added a quad power option which drops the power quite significantly in beginner. I am putting the default throttle multiplier back to 1.0 and the gravity multiplier back to 1.0. I will leave it up to the users to decide how it feels to them
