Add a slider to control overall volume #40

Someone on YouTube asked for this based on the fact they have music running and the mix between the sim and music wasn't great. I does seem like a reasonable thing to do, so will target this for the 0.45a release

This is done, I've added a slider to the setup menu that controls the master volume for all noises in the sim.
