Vary the intro sequence #68

I've been meaning to change around the intro sequence just for fun as the quad smashing through the bricks is a bit samey. I'm pretty sure nobody waits around to see what's going to happen, but it might be fun to vary up the openings a little

Added a plane crashing into the wall in a different angle and the beach ball hitting the wall which then proceeds to topple slowly down. Each of the 3 possible startups happens randomly
