A track labels to Quad-Ball #87

Since Aerovision supplied me with 5 of his awesome tracks, I want to make a small change that brings up the track name on screen for a few seconds whenever a new track plays.

This is complete. The track name appears in the top-left corner of the screen while the level preview is going on and fades out after the countdown. We only show track name when the track changes between levels
