Make cover images 1080 x 720 #21

Fixes some alignment issues. Worth noting I didn't change one of them because it's a .webp and I wasn't able to edit it

Perhaps this would be a good time to rename the cover images to cover.<ext> for clarity and asset naming consistency (could also cleanup the unused cover images in other assets folders?)

Done. I didn't change one of them though, someone with .webp cropping technology needs to update that one. Apparently Windows isn't capable of that yet

Might have to just convert the webp to jpg and back
