The asterisks are for italics around the quotes, was removing them intentional?

Yeah, it didn't feel necessary for every single quote - I wanted to ask you why you put italics around every quote?

I just thought it was pretty common to do and helped readability, if you don’t think it looks good we can keep them out. Not a big deal either way
