added disclaimer for oracle bug which occurs within the remove_liquidity_imbalance function because the code does not take respect to the precision of coins before updating the oracle. this bug can cause the oracle to charge sharply.

bug was fixed in the following commit: 4bb402ecb386979c113bee770ffbea9aebd5ae66.

todo: were implementation (on all chains) updated on december 12th?
