Amalgamate crvUSD and lending LLAMMA details pages #111

Currently we have LLAMMA details in two different places (crvUSD details and Curve Lending details). They could all be amalgamated together so the information is in a single place

Not sure if this is a good idea. The only real similarities are soft-liquidations, bands, some market parameters. Everything else is different.

Could possibly have it broken into the following sections:

Borrowing & Lending on Curve:
- Overview of Curve Lend & minting crvUSD
- Common Concepts (bands, soft-liquidation, etc)
- crvUSD:
  - minting crvUSD
  - crvUSD specific concepts (pegkeepers, interest rates)
- lend:
  - borrowing and lending
  - lend specific concepts (suppliers, utilization, interest rates)
  - leverage
