Spectate mode is a mess #110

When you watch other players in a game a lot of things are not displayed to you, especially effects of bonuses. It leads to a possible incoherent playground where lines cross other lines without any problem, or players crossing playground borders even if they are displayed as plain walls.

I definitely need to fix the spectator mod.

Some improvements have been made, we're getting there. There's still problems when you switch tabs though.
