Button colours blending in with the dark forum skin, need a new colour #38

Xenith:

More an aesthetic thing, any thoughts on changing the submit reply, post new topic, edit buttons etc to the B&C red? In the current grey, they don't really stand out and aren't really clear.

Brother Tyler:

Let's identify and discuss all of the button elements that individuals would like changed. For example, are the "Back to top" and its nearby buttons suitably colored? What about the mouseover for the format buttons? How about in clubs, galleries, calendars, and downloads? It would be far easier and more efficient to identify everything so that it can be changed in one fell swoop.

Partially complete. A few buttons being stubborn but the primary buttons (Start Topic, Add Reply) are in their old red color now.

Some have changed to red. Save button when editing post still black.
