Missing Icons #40

In the forums, are we not missing icons that appear (or should appear) to the left of the Topic section?

Some (a few) have the skull icon. Many do not.

The icon will only appear when there are new unread posts/topics in that forum, and this will vary from member to member.

There are also options to create custom icons that will appear in assigned forums. For example, we might use a Dark Angels image for the Dark Angels sub-forum, etc. These haven't been assigned (yet) however and are a low priority.

The test of whether or not the icons appear is to see if it is visible when new topics/posts are made in a forum. I've created two test topics in the Ordo Administratum category, in the Bug Reports and The Suggestion Box forum. If you saw those icons on the home screen before reading the topics, and they disappeared after reading the topics, the icons are probably loaded and working correctly.

I've created additional topics (Test - Delete Before Going Live). There is one in each category, chosen randomly. If the icon appears, it's probably safe to say that it would appear for any other forum (if they had a new post).
