Added Custom ROMs

Hello @isg32, I would be happy to merge your contribution, but before doing so we must clarify a few things. Firstly, move the ROMs you have added from the recoveries to the roms section. Take a look at the motorola-rhode.yaml as an example. Secondly, the link you provided for LineageOS is not for hanoip but for alioth. See here. Change it. Can you change those things yourself, or do you need help?

it was a custom link, ill make necessary changes in a few and reopen pullrequest
