As others have stated, it would be nice if we could edit power level floats directly instead of needing to use the preset power levels. To implement this in a user-friendly manner, you could put a slider below the power level that would range from the lowest to the highest float that would display as the defined power level. I'm unsure if the application currently uses the lowest possible float for a specified power level, but it definitely uses something lower than the maximum, as tower loot will drop at 263 power level and armor drops will have +3007988 health (which I am assuming corresponds to the maximum possible float for a displayed power of 263) while changing an armor's power level to 263 in the program will have +3000850 health.
