Javadoc xml examples are incorrectly escaped #30

Not very important, but annoying when looking at javadoc.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Look at javadoc of for example FeatureFactory
2. In the example &gt; and &lt; should be swapped, this is incorrect in
more examples
