Hello. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question. My SLN file opens in Visual Studio rather than in the separate program like it could a year ago. The icon also no longer shows, with no way for me to put in my GCI information. My Visual Studio version is 2019. I am mostly looking for a way to open this and have it run like normal, and get a screen that looks like the first image from the second. Thanks.

Yeah, I was also stuck with this problem but I figured it out The main page shows the master build which is a visual studio file, you need the actual executable which is right here Then download the first asset at the bottom of the page
