Original definition: x1 force forces/compels event x2 to occur; x1 determines property x2 to manifest.
x1 is clearly not a property in usage, although a property x1 would also be possible (ro da zo'u lo nu da ckaji x1 na ka'e na rinka x2).
The easiest would be something like: x1 (nu) forces x2 (nu) to occur.
As for how this differs from banzu (sufficient condition), see this mriste thread for some discussion, but more needs to be said and figured out.
