Longhorn M5 DCE issues #1

Longhorn builds 4011-4017 render all windows transparent with DCE enabled, this includes our backdrop windows, which results in the background being slightly visible.

Possible solutions:

Find a way to programatically disable the transparency effect for a specific window
Find a window class that doesn't have transparency enabled (does one even exist? doubt it tbh)
Overlay the desktop wallpaper?
