Sakujes toggle, download/like defaults changed. #1006

You can toggle the Sakujes April Fools joke by changing the sakujes variable in incl/scores/getGJScores.php to 0 (if im not a big dum dum and did something wrong.) Download/like defaults are more of a nitpick of mine, but they pretty much serve no purpose whatsoever, so why have them set to these seemingly random numbers instead of just 0?

If you've played GD, you would know that both 300 downloads and 100 likes are tied to achievements that unlock icons My guess is that the default is 300/100 so that you don't have to worry about possibly never getting them without hacks, as not very many GDPSs are large enough to get the achievements (especially 100 likes)
