Make a 5 mod rate for update the difficulty. #1040

Hello. I just don't care for my last issues but i just wnat to know how to change the number of mod rate for update the difficulty from 1 to 5. Can you just say where is the file i have to change and the line i have to change please?

You want to change difficulty face? If so, command is !rate *diffname*

When a mod rate its auto change the diffuculty and i want to put this on 5 mod rate before its change
