Missing a second star button above moderator suggest stars? #1089

Apparently RobTop has a second star button where he probably might have the full access to his own server which could be useful for this repo, Have we figured out what that button does yet?

It either could be admin or global mod (elder mod) for the second star button

So.. I have better ideas in mind instead of using RobTop's second star button i'll bring them up in a discussion
