Create a website for the Cxbx-Reloaded project #1732

GOAL: Have a website developed by the Git-Hub code ?

There is a plan for a website already, including 'news' blog, compatibility database, setup-guide, and downloads of history/current builds.

The problem is there are only a limited number of us developers, and we'd much prefer to improve emulation than spending several weeks-months perfecting the website.

If we had more man-power, I could take a break to concentrate on the website, but for now, we have to prioritise the emulator itself.

@LukeUsher We are still am getting "where's the download link?" in discord for very long time. If static webpages aren't ready, then it may be time to start using GitHub Pages feature with the basic details.

I analyzed the site, there are still a lot of games missing (32 (31) GAMES)

P.S : Jikkyou World Soccer 2002 is not the same game as Internation Superstar Soccer 2 Jikkyou World Soccer 2002 should be set apart from the others.

P.S² : The game Shikigami no Shiro Evolution Red should have a separation between the blue and red version which has similar problems, but different.

P.S 3 : Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix game is different than Midnight Club 3: DUB game. So Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition Remix must be separated

This is what concludes the very long list, it will bring totals of 1,078 original xbox games

10 missing out of 244 checked is only 4,46% - not "a lot", but thanks for the effort, I'm sure they'll be added sooner or later
