It came to my attention there could be D3D8 and D3D8LTCG library details compiled together by accident. This will need an improvement to XbSymbolDatabase_GenerateLibraryFilter function check on if D3D8 is found, then ignore it if has D3D8LTCG. The same way around except don't bother with D3D8 inclusion.
