I was able to play this game for 10 minutes without any issues. I didn't notice any major graphical glitches while playing. No sound is played however.

Status: This game now gets in-game. Successfully gets through a few animated splash screens. Then after the start button is pressed from a screen it scrolls through a few screens and menus quickly. It didn't work when the user below attempted to enter gameplay the first time. So a reload, and then it worked. The in-game environment is rendered but not fully cleanly. Some render draw errors and flickering of crowd figures on the stands. The overlay text (The "Staging" word) on the bottom area of screen shimmers quickly into multi copies. GUI is fine, though.

Build unfortunately came just before Luke's QueryPerformanceCounter and vblank timing fixes. Not sure if this game was affected but the menu scrolling and text shimmering looked a bit too quick.)
