Latest versions throws this to log, on screen you can see all but without textures: [0x2BB8] WARN: g_pD3DDevice->SetStreamSource(uiStream, nullptr, 0) Update 1: with latest master (4f353eef) game display graphics, except some textures, menu entries and characters. Crashing during intro cutscene (or FMV?) in mission 1. Trace log: KrnlDebug.zip

Something cause slowdowns during loading, going to find regressed commit in few days.
